Prenatal Yoga - Postnatal Yoga 

Yoga is not only a practice of postures and breath, it is also a state of mind and a lifestyle.

During pregnancy, prenatal yoga harmonizes and balances your body and your mind to live your pregnancy at your best, and to prepare you in body and mind for the birth. 

 

After the birth, postnatal yoga (re)energizes and re-centers, calms the nervous system and promotes the organic recovery of the body which has given birth, thanks to specific postures and practices adapted to this period. Babies are welcome.

Until September 2024 - the courses will be private and via zoom.
