HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free birth.

Through self-hypnosis and special breathing visualization techniques, HypnoBirthing® teaches you to release fear and to trust your body’s ability to birth instinctively.


To allow an empowering experience for mothers, for partners to be informed and find their role, and for babies to feel reassured to come into the world.

A holistic 12H30-hour program, ideally done with your birth partner to prepare : 

Mentally via: 

  • Understanding of the laws of the mind, benefits of hypnosis.

  • Self-hypnosis techniques to strengthen the bond with your baby, release fears, learn how to use your body's natural relaxing effect, prepare the birth. 

  • Instant & deep relaxation techniques.

  • Positive affirmations. Visualizations. Inspiring birth videos.


Physically via:

  • Understanding the physiology of birth. Role of the nervous system / the hormones / the uterus. Birth process from A to Z. 

  • Preparing the body. Nutrition. Perineum care. Facilitating an optimal positioning of the baby. Relieving sensations on 'D-day'.    

  • Breathing techniques. 

Preparation of the environment : 

  • Birth preferences. Communication with the medical team. Myths/truths of medical protocol.

  • Role of the partner during the birth + how he/she can activate the tools learnt during the program.
