First Boost

Starting the post-partum recovery process 

Birth is a moment in life that mobilizes a lot of energy.

 

Whether by vaginal delivery or cesarean section, our perineum, organs and digestive system are weakened. All this adds to the emotions of the experience.

 

What could be better than to nourish ourselves in body and spirit during the first few days, and get the recovery process off to a good start?

 

A first treatment adapted to your needs (i.e. hips' pre-closing) and a specific ayurvedic menu for recovery is here for you ! 

 

The menu was designed with Raphaëlle, postpartum chef creator of @40moons and my knowledge of women's needs and ayurveda.

 

It includes:

  • A broth

  • A savoury starter

  • A complete first meal

  • A sweet dish for breakfast or snack

  • A sweet snack

  • Breastfeeding/post-partum herbal teas
